Ecoscape is a landscaping company that provides various services to many corporate and construction service companies through out their service area. They were having problems dispatching work to their service crews and tracking the jobs as work was completed in the field. They were also having problems segregating the work into the different divisions which caused problems for billing and tracking hours worked per job.

Seedspark consulted with their division leaders and provided an application that delivered a scheduling and job tracking application. The application provided the ability to route jobs to the company's various divisions and managed the jobs for each supervisor. The field data was then available for management and the back office to perform job costing and estimating for each job and for each division. The application provides a suite of reports to define activity that is provided to their contractors to identify completion dates, estimated costs and job codes. These automated reports have eliminated significant time from the managers' and accounting departments daily activity and given them a more effective communication tool to work with their customers.
