NEXCOM OPPORTUNITY

Nexcom provides consulting for middle to large size companies' wireless bill management process. They support hundreds of customer accounts and perform consulting services reviewing thousands of monthly activity reports to determine usage, device and data needs. As the service has grown in recent years, the company was adding significant resources to perform manual procedures for capturing the data, building spreadsheets and performing many complex calculations by hand. The growth was causing them a great deal of problems maintaining the reports monthly, they were experiencing inaccuracies in their savings estimates and not tracking activity properly.


SEEDSPARK SOLUTION

Seedspark was contracted to build a service application that collected all of the billing data into a service portal. Nexcom's consultants could then review all of the activity through the portal, perform the data analysis, create reports and calculate the savings detail provided as a cover report to be accompanied with the typical bill detail. The process improvements have lead to them being able to take on more clients per consultant, calculate more complex savings calculations, and provide better customer service by having access to all of their client notes along with all of the critical data within their bill management dashboard. This solution has provided them with more time to proactively contact their customers and manage their day to day activities.
